Do I need to download the app to use your service?

The App is optional to download, however, we do encourage download The Car Parlor App to have access to pay online and manage your account at your convenience.

Which wash packages do you offer?

We offer three (3) “pre-packaged” wash packages ?

  1. Clean ($13) is quite simple: basic foam, rinse, and dry.
  2. Fresh ($16) includes the colorful foam that has built-in polish, tire shine, and carnauba wax.
  3. Super Fresh ($20) includes all those above and undercarriage wash (rinses and protects the suspension with rust inhibitor), and liquid ceramic coat (seals in the carnauba wax) for longer lasting shine and overall protection from the beat down of the beautiful but scorching Hawaiian sun, rain, humidity, and salt etc 🙂

Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, only if you are looking to schedule a detail service. For our wash packages, we are open daily 7 am to 10 pm for your convenience.
What is the tunnel height clearance?

The tunnel height clearance is 7’6” and fits most trucks and passenger vehicles.

What is the clearance for lowered vehicles?

    1. The clearance from the ground is 4” including suspension shocks.

Do you offer an unlimited monthly option?

Yes, we do! Unlimited exterior washes at your convenience during our business hours (subject to change on holidays) on a month to month basis. Each vehicle gets a unique RFID tag for the windshield to grant you access as often as you wish during business hours. Sign up here for a monthly plan starting at $44/mo.

How does the unlimited monthly wash package work?

It is a month-to-month solution to keep your vehicle clean at your convenience. Your membership includes a unique RFID tag that goes on your windshield and may only be used with that vehicle only. Sign up here to proceed.

Does the tunnel accommodate vehicles with wide off-road tires?

Yes, the tire track is able to accommodate vehicles with tires up to 14” inches wide.

May I leave the roof racks in the tunnel or could they get damaged?

Yes, you may. Our ultrasonic sensors detect your vehicle size including racks. Alternatively, we may also disable the top brush if you prefer.

Do you offer vacuum service?

We are an express car wash and specialize in exterior washes only. However, our detail department offers interior detail service with vacuum service.

How do I redeem my promo code?

When you drive up to the kiosk press the “link to Phone app” at the bottom right corner. Then go to “redeem wash” in your app and either scan it or punch in your “customer ID” number displayed on the middle of the app screen in “redeem wash”. Then enter by pressing the circle icon directly below.

Do I need a new RFID sticker for each car?

Yes, we would issue a new RFID tag and update the new vehicle info.

Can I use the QR code on my phone to enter?

Yes, you may, when you pull up to our facility the drive-up kiosk is able to scan your QR code.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. Our detail department hours are 8 am to 4 pm except for Tuesday and Thursday. Email us or send us a text message to connect with us, we look forward to your visit!

Do you use a nano technology in your service?

We use ceramic coat which is the next best product for protection and shine/gloss and the best in tunnel application. Your typical car wash will dilute the wax on average of 1 par wax/coat to 10-15 part water ratio. We prefer to avoid diluting the wax to ensure customer cars are shinier and better protected against the environment than any other car wash. We use the best product internal application and near pure product to provide shinier and dryer cars out of the tunnel.

Do you have multiple locations around the island?
Right now we are a single location, but we are looking to expand in the future!
Do you offer Military Discount?
Yes, we offer 20% Military Appreciation on all of our services except for the Monthly Unlimited Clean.
Are you a touchless wash and will your equipment be safe on my car?
We are not a touchless but a tunnel with high pressure wash and closed-cell “foam fingers” that rotate 100rpm and “tickles” the cats to clean without scratches/swirls.
My convertible car is low and I'm concerned that the dryer could damage the top?
We service soft top vehicles as well. As long as there’s a way to secure the top so it doesn’t blow off from air coming from the top and side at 5ft, you should be fine.
